The event was well-attended as participants were entertained by Fox 8 News Anchor, Wayne Dawson, Harry Boomer from Action 19 News and a host of elite Cleveland male leaders. A myriad of businesses and business owners hawked their various wares to a throng of eager individuals looking for an opportunity to advance their careers, lives or both.

Many of the men in attendance are leaders from all walks of live and their main objective is to pass on their knowledge, strengths and ideas to other men, both young and old, who desire to become the cornerstones of their communities. .
